Very accommodating service, I asked for no cilantro in my pho and my pho ended up coming out with no cilantro and no white onion as well. Because I really like the white onion, I asked for them to add it. They mention that they cut the white onion and cilantro together and that's why I didn't have either in my pho, but they happily and quickly brought me a small plate with cut up white onion for me to add to my pho to my liking.
The quality of the food is quite nice, I definitely recommend trying the spring rolls with shrimp. They were so delicious that my friend and I ordered two orders of the spring rolls! The pho is an 8/10 in my opinion, depending on the meat you get, some pieces can be quite fatty (first time I've ever had this much fat on meat in my pho soup). If you prefer fatty meat, you may really like this place. I don't mind it at all and sometimes like it, so I thought it was fine.
The restaurant atmosphere was like a normal pho restaurant, family friendly, quite clean and fast service. Price is as expected for pho. I would come here again if I'm in the area, especially for the spring rolls!! -

Wow, I understand when restaurants are closing is hard to be at work all day, I just came today 09/26/19 at 8:46 pm, and as soon as I step to the door, a crazy server told me we are close now, and we have to go only.
The reason I am giving one start is that this is the third time the same lady is giving me attitude and that's not acceptable.
Poor customer service. -

No wait on a Sunday night for 4 people - there were maybe 5-6 parties total in the restaurant. The restaurant shares a parking lot in a plaza with other restaurants / stores. There's a Dollar Tree and Goodwill in the same plaza! The parking lot right in front of House of Pho is a small area, but you can virtually park anywhere in the huge lot if needed.
The restaurant itself is pretty similar to any other pho restaurant around Hayward/Fremont. It's not too brightly lit, and the front door is always opened for some reason (lol). The whole restaurant probably seats around 60-70 people at once; most tables are for families of 4.
We were seated immediately and served water. Service is very quick, and there are multiple waiters/hosts/servers walking around constantly to make sure that everyone is happy with their service. For 4, we ordered the Combo for 2 - Grilled Fish and Grilled Pork that comes with vermecelli, veggies and rice paper to wrap the whole thing in. The meat/fish comes on a sizzling plate that continues to keep it warm while on the table and has onions/veggies under the meat for added flavor. The veggie plate is great: it has vermecelli noodles, cucumbers, some seasoned daikon and carrots, basil, mint, lettuce. It definitely feeds more than 2 if you aren't too hungry. For 4 people, we didn't even finish the whole thing. This was the best dish and would definitely recommend trying this if you come here.
We also got fried eggrolls and pho #1 with beef balls. The eggrolls were mediocre, and were not hot when they came out. They were lukewarm at best. The pho noodles were hard (as I've seen in some other comments), but at least the soup was hot. Flavor was not as rich as I expected, so I don't think I'll be getting pho here again.
Pretty mediocre pho spot in the bay area, but prices are pretty average. For 4 people, I ended up paying $59 after tip and tax. The combo for 2 was the most expensive dish and was $25 or so. The pho was around $12. Don't think I'd come out of my way to eat here, but would definitely get the combo for 2 again if I did. -

This place used to be Mr.Pho. I actually came kinda frequently with my family back then. Anyway hadn't been in a long time since there are closer pho spots to me. Visited on a Thursday night and it was pretty busy.
Got some pho & bun rieu. The pho broth was very bland. Bun rieu tasted very tomatoey. Some may like this but... it's suppose to be a crab based soup. Tasted weird like too tangy and not my cup of tea. Pretty much no service. Eat and pay at the front. -

Came for early lunch before the gym. Loading up on carbs. I got the bbq chicken with rice. They gave lots of chicken and rice. The soup on the side was just right. I usually dont order rice dishes but didnt want to eat soup today. Will come back and try their pho cus it sure did smell good!!!
